WEEKLY RATES OF THE HOUSE:    FOR 2 PEOPLE  FOR 4 PEOPLE LOW SEASON  300 €  450 € HIGH SEASON         350 €  550 €             - High season: July and August. - Low season: Rest of the year. - Availability of an additional post. - Children under 5 years, free.   DAILY RATES FOR PERSON FOR SHORT STAYS :    LOW SEASON 25 €  HIGH SEASON   30 € ADDITIONAL The bedclothes are included in the price. The Towels have an additional cost of 5 euros for person. Air condition is available but it has a cost of 0,50 euros for Kwatt consumed. TERMS OF RENT Deposit is required: to ensure correct use of accommodation, guest will be asked for a deposit of 100 euros on arrival, which will be returned on departure after inspection of the holiday apartment. In the apartment can not accommodate more people than those marked in the reservation. Electricity, water, gas and final cleaning are included in the price. We don't offer private car parking, but it is easy to find it near holiday apartment. We accept pets of small/medium size used to live in an apartment. BOOKING At high season, it's July and August, the deposit for the booking is 15% of the total amount for accommodation. It must be paid through a bank transfer or using the online secured payment system of PAYPAL. We remind our costumers of contact us to check the availability of the apartment.
